Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl March 5, 6, 7*, 9, 10, 11, 2027 7 p.m., *2 p.m. William Inge Memorial Theatre, Murphy Hall Directed by Tiffani Hagan Brooks Love, memory, and loss intertwine in Sarah Ruhl's retelling of the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice. Told through Eurydice's eyes, this visually inventive play follows her and her father as they struggle against the fading of treasured memories in the underworld. Through letters, music, and acts of love both grand and quiet, Eurydice asks what remains when memory slips away and whether love can survive forgetting. Tender and deeply human, this moving reimagining of a classic myth invites us to consider what we carry with us—and what we must let go. Tickets are available in person at the University Theatre Box Office in Murphy Hall (M-F, noon-5pm), by calling 785-864-3982, or online kutheatre.com. No late seating for this production.
