Spring Break is a very quiet time at the U-M School of Music, Theatre & Dance. That's perfect for recording projects. In this video, Professor of Flute Amy Porter talks about a recording project with fellow SMTD professors Christopher Harding and Jason Corey, with additional help from SMTD students. You'll also hear a movement from the Sonata for Flute and Piano in C-sharp Minor, Op. 64 by Mélanie Bonis, performed by Porter and Harding. The recording session took place in Britton Recital Hall in SMTD's Earl V. Moore Building.
