A bullet journal is a self-made journal, unique to an individual and their goals, that can be made to log daily to-dos, keep a monthly or weekly calendar, jot down notes, track physiological and mental health, record both short- and long-term goals, and much more. In this workshop, grad students will have the opportunity to create their own personalized bullet journal while learning and sharing strategies to stay organized in graduate school and beyond. Register through the Graduate Student Association portal on the Involvement Network: Graduate Student Association - UGA Involvement Network B.A.L.A.N.C.E. is a collaborative well-being series designed specifically for UGA graduate students, bringing together the Graduate Student Association, University Health Center, and the Graduate School to support students academically, socially, and personally. The program focuses on Body movement, Awareness, Learning, Adaptability, Networking and relationships, Coping strategies, and Emotional well-being through engaging, practical sessions held throughout the Fall 2026 semester.
