Preparing for an interview can feel intimidating, but with the right strategies, job candidates can walk in with confidence. This workshop will help attendees understand what employers are really looking for and how to communicate their strengths effectively. Instructors will discuss how to answer common and behavioral interview questions, demonstrate professionalism, and prepare questions that leave a positive impression. Participants will leave with practical tools to help them feel more confident and prepared for their next interview. Learning Objectives: Understand different types of interviews and common question formats.Develop strategies for answering behavioral and situational questions using the STAR method.Identify techniques for building confidence, managing nerves, and making a strong first impression.Recognize key resources for continued interview practice and support.To receive credit for this program, students must log in through Handshake and complete the survey at the end of the session.
