    Eastman Performing Arts Medicine Center (EPAM) has offered live music in lobby spaces at URMC since 2019. During the week, visitors, staff, and patients can find artists playing in the main lobby and in the coffee shop location between the green and red elevators on the first floor. All artists are trained by the EPAM program to choose music that is appropriate to the environment, and all are professional artists. Septmeber 2026 artists will include Katrya Cichanowicz, cello; Sean Mulligan, viola and singing bowls; Bob Pizzutiello, Chapman stick; Nathanael Kumar & Jane Alterbach, euphoniums; and Kimia Peykarzadah, piano. October 2026 artists will include Kimia Peykarzadah, piano, Bernie Heveron, guitar, Bob Pizzutiello, Chapman stick, and Sean Mulligan, viola and singing bowls.
