In this unique Southern Aesthetic Workshop concert titled Artworks in Translation, keynote artist Nicholas Susi explores how composers translate other media into musical composition. Drawing from literature, theology and visual art, the workshop considers the creative possibilities that emerge when ideas move from one artistic form to another. The event includes a 20-minute performance by Susi, followed by a 40-minute discussion and audience Q&A.
